Rajeev Tewari appointed as director, Canon India’s CSP group

In his new role, Tewari would look at taking CSP’s growth to the next level and increasing the contribution to Canon’s overall brand revenue

Canon India has appointed Rajeev Tewari as the director of Canon India's CSP group. In his new role, Tewari would look at taking CSP's growth to the next level and increasing the contribution to Canon's overall brand revenue.

Prior to taking on the new role, Tewari headed the wide format imaging division where he successfully set up the marketing and sales operation of the division. He has replaced VP Sajeevan, who led the CSP group for over five years.

Speaking about plans for his new role Tewari said, "My association with Canon goes back a long way and now with this renewed leadership role, I am excited and look forward to building on CSP's India growth. In today's age when consumer requirements change by the hour, the premier focus would be on constantly innovating consumer specific printing solutions. Strengthen the channel network would be another major focus for the CSP division."

On the appointment, Alok Bharadwaj, Senior VP, Canon India said, "Rajeev's decade long association with Canon has been that of exceptional understanding of technology & customers. He has handled Canon business to large enterprises through direct sales team, business of building channels in office automation category and new domain of Wide Format Imaging applications quite successful. We are confident that under his leadership, the CSP group will benefit greatly."
