Kodak Mini QD 4K TV 65-inch launches
Kodak has announced its entry into the Mini LED television segment with the launch of the Kodak Mini QD 4K TV 65-inch model. The television combines Mini LED backlighting with Quantum Dot technology and is available exclusively on Amazon.
The company positions the new model as part of its expansion into high-performance large-screen televisions, responding to rising demand for immersive home entertainment systems.
The 65-inch variant is priced at INR 54,999, with an additional INR 3000 bank discount applicable.
Mini LED and Quantum Dot combination
The Kodak Mini QD 4K TV 65-inch features a Mini QD panel that integrates Mini LED backlighting with Quantum Dot colour output. It delivers 4K Ultra HD resolution and supports Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG formats.
According to the specifications, the television offers:

1.1 billion colour support
Ultra Wide Colour Gamut
The display is designed to handle both bright and dark viewing environments with improved contrast and colour accuracy.
Audio configuration and output
The television includes six built-in speakers, comprising two subwoofers and two sky subwoofers. Total audio output is rated at 108W.
It is certified for Dolby Atmos and Dolby Digital Plus. The configuration is intended to provide multi-directional sound output without requiring external speakers.
Smart TV platform and performance hardware
The Kodak Mini QD 4K TV 65-inch runs on the Google TV platform. It supports more than 10,000 applications including Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar and Apple TV. The interface includes personalised content recommendations and access to over 500,000 shows via the Google Play Store.

A voice-enabled remote with Google Assistant support allows voice-based search and smart home control.

These features aim to reduce lag and improve motion clarity during console or cloud gaming sessions.
Design and positioning
The television features a bezel-less design with a metal base. It is available in a single 65-inch screen size at launch.
Avneet Singh Marwah, CEO, SPPL, a Kodak brand licensee, said the product reflects evolving consumer expectations for combined visual, audio and smart functionality within a single device. He stated that the television integrates high brightness, contrast and support for Dolby and Google TV ecosystems.

The Kodak Mini QD 4K TV 65-inch is priced at INR 54,999. A bank discount of INR 3000 is applicable. The model is available exclusively on Amazon.
With this launch, Kodak enters the Mini LED segment with a 65-inch Quantum Dot-based offering that integrates display, audio and smart TV capabilities into a single platform.
