Kerala: Row on Asus motherboard sorted out

The much-awaited row in Kerala related to the replacement of Asus motherboard was sorted out in Kerala.

It is known that ‘The DQ Week' had reported on the warranty issue of Asus in Kerala had received much applauds from various fragments of the channel community in Kerala through word of mouth and through various social networking sites. According to some of the channel partners in Thiruvananthapuram, the vendor had replaced all the situations. According to a partner, the vendor had given 600 units of new hard disks been replaced through Asus's service center.

On the other side, according to a partner from Ernakulam, the replacements are done to an extent but not completely. "We are waiting for the replacement-issue to be sorted out completely", the partner added.

Many partners thanked ‘The DQ Week' for bringing the issue into limelight.
