The program had two key events which included demonstrating live implementation of Office 365 by Microsoft Cloud expert Rajnish Malik and a demonstration on anti-virus and security by Pankaj Jain, Director, ESET.

"This TechEdge was to empower our members with technical skillset to win customers and grab a lion's share in two key opportunities in the future of IT. The sessions were on cloud computing on Microsoft Office 365 and security and antivirus which was conducted by ESS distribution - ESET," said Kshitij Kotak of ASIRT.

Prior to the event, eyebrows were raised when the association committee decided to roll out a separate event called TechEDGE along with Techday. Clearing the air on the purpose of these events, Kotak said, "Techday focuses on bringing opportunities and best business practices for owners and stakeholders, ASIRT TechEDGE provides members and their technical team with technical edge over competition." He further added, "The focus of ASIRT TechEDGE was not to pitch marketing but to provide actual training on products and services to technical owners of member businesses."
