IT industry has faced many challenges in past years. Online sales have disturbed the workflow of channel business. Channel partners have no choice but to jump into current business trend or to continue with the same pattern.

With good base of active and professional channel partners IT business of Jabalpur has dropped by 40% last month which caters various reasons behind the same.  Unethical workflow of products with large differentiation of price is one of the reasons business has been falling, predatory pricing, etc.

IT has met challenges like these in the past and it has been the creative, out-of-the-box thinkers who have been most successful. “New ways of doing business will be required. You can be part of this change by doing your job to the best of your ability. You can also recognize how your job can be changed to meet these challenges, no matter how small the part you may play — and that can make a big difference company-wide, “explaining said Amit Jain of Nana Infotech.

Online giants who are making business both online and offline and increasing their presence each day. Online retail e-commerce is indeed alive and well for some retailers, particularly for established offline giants with existing brands. As Online has been growing at fast pace in retail on a revenue base, has the fastest growing consumer base and has growing penetration across many categories of non essential goods. On the other hand, profits for most of the Offline players have been difficult to achieve due to this.

Ajay Rajput of Bharat computers stated, “ Online is one thing, MP is agricultural state and this year MP didn’t observed good rainfall which minimized the cashflow  and hampered business from upcountry places. Agricultural process plays a major role in economical growth of state which has not done well this year.”

“Around 30 percent dropdown has been observed in laptop and computers business, we are trying to widen up business portfolio but price difference has effected business badly.”

Also, some partners are practicing online sales as options are less and its now the matter of survival.  “ Jumping into solutions providing business can cover up the business loss. Partners need to think out of the box to overcome this drop down,” said Sandeep Jain of Microland computers.

“These gone months din’t gave good business but festive season is just about come and our exclusive offering of solutions and services can help us in doing some good business," further added Sandeep Jain.
