Zebra printers now compatible with SAP

Zebra Technologies has announced that its bar-code label printers are now

plug-and-play compatible with SAP's business optimization solutions. The

companies have signed an agreement, under which SAP has embedded Zebra's

bar-code rendering libraries into its SAP Sma-rtForms graphical forms and the

report design tool in the mySAP business suite family of solutions.

According to the press release, with no need for middleware or integration

programming, the capability reduces implementation times and cuts thousands of

pounds from the cost of printer rollout.
