The Yavatmal IT Association will be holding a three-day IT expo meet mid
November. The IT expo 2009 is entering into its fifth successful year and is
popular amongst the general public and IT professionals in Yavatmal. The event
is being sponsored by Information Technology Dealers Association (ITDA).
“The main objective of this IT expo meet is to educate members of public
about new technologies and products launched in the market,” informed Hitesh,
President, Yavatmal IT Association. “It is an opportunity to learn how to
leverage technologies to create greater brand loyalty, increased revenues and
higher profits,” he added.
“There will be around 40 stalls and vendors like HP Compaq, Epson, Wipro and
many more will be participating in this event. Due to the recession factor we
assume that, there will be lesser footfalls this year, but expectations are
high, since this is our fifth year.” he elaborated.
Keeping in mind the fact that the computer market trends are changing day by
day and today's consumer of IT products and services are computer savvy, the
products in the expo will aim to satisfy all customers.
Considering the tremenÂdous response by the public last year, the event is
expected to have around 18,000- 20,000 footfalls this time and the vendors are
also looking forward to this expo meet. IT expo 2009 is aimed at end-users and
the corporate sector.
