Xerox renamed as Xerox India

Xerox India Ltd is the new name announced by Xerox Corporation for its Indian
affiliate. The change won the unanimous vote by share-holders at the company's
recent extraordinary general meeting. "Our new name of Xerox India will
strengthen Xerox brand awareness and further identify the company with Xerox's
expanded portfo-lio of new technology, services and solutions to be introduced
across India through our new, expanded partner network of national distributors,
exclusive sales partners and local resellers," said Xerox India MD Andrew
Horne.
