VMC technologies scouting for partners in SMB space

Bengaluru based VMC technologies, which has started their business through channels is aggressively on the phase of recruiting new partners across the country.

Speaking to ‘The DQ Week', Sundeep Misra, CEO, VMC Technologies, said, "On cloud model, we provide a ‘cloud-receptionist' EPBX system at a very affordable cost for small and medium business owners. With our technology installed, an organization can measure accurately each and every aspect of sales/service calls. Professionally played greeting messages, recording the conversations, notification for missed calls through sms and e-mails, direct transfer of calls to another individual if the concerned person is not picking up the call are some of the benefits of our technology." Misra also added that the toll-free numbers provided by the technology works even if the company is relocating their office premises. "Our technology can also measure the reach of the advertisements and an analytics can also be done on a daily basis or a monthly basis. This is a boon for small organizations who cannot afford for a big BPO-like set up", Misra concluded.

VMC is also looking for partners across the country specialized in the SMB and SME space. According to Misra, their technologies cannot be adopted just only in bigger cities but also in the emerging markets. He also said that training will be provided on the technology for the partners who are all associating with them.
