VIJITA conducts first IT expo

Vijayawada IT Association (VIJITA) recently organised its fi rst MEGA IT EXPO at Sri Sesha Sai Kalyana Vedika Vijayawada. 

Various brands like Intel, Microsoft, Dell, HP, Acer, Lenovo, Samsung, Epson, Wep, Digisol, Quickheal, D-Link, Intex, Asus, Toshiba, Digilink, V-Guard participated in the event by putting their stalls. Totally around 54 stalls were occupied mostly by dealers and brands. 

"The stalls were given to the dealers on lottery basis and the charges for the stalls to the dealers directly was 9000 per stall and for the brands who sponsored their dealers it was 25000 per stall", Murali Krishna, President, VIJITA. Murali also said that there was good response from the public not only from Vijayawada, but also from districts like Krishna, Chitoor, West Godavari, Kammam. "This is the first experience and we found all the vendors and participants were very happy. We are planning to conduct one more expo like this in the month of January.", Murali concluded.

"Computers, Laptops, Table PC, Printers, Networking Products, Software's, Antivirus, Consumables, CCTV Cameras and other accessories were sold in the expo. The event is expected to give good mileage to the dealers of the city", said, Ramesh, Secretary, VIJITA.

The event has registered around 12 Thousand footprints.
