the appointment of IRIS Computers and Pacetel, as partners for the
mobility business in India. Speaking on this occasion, Alan Chang,
MD, EMEA and Asia Pacific region, ViewSonic International said,
“Mobility would be our key focus in the coming months for ViewSonic
business in India. Appointments of IRIS and Pacetel reinforce that
commitment. IRIS Computers has got a nationwide network and a great
experience in the channel, which will revamp our sales. Sales
increases with the commitment of better service and none could have
been better than Pacetel for the service support of our mobility
products.”
Talking about this
relationship Sanjiv Krishen, CEO, Iris Computers said, “We are glad

ViewSonic India and
Pacetel had mutually agreed to open 50 service centers in A and
B-class cities in phase I, increasing its service network to more
than 300 service locations pan-India by the end of 2011. Jose KV,
CEO, Pacetel Systems said, “Pacetel has a vast experience in the
field of customer service and support. We are excited to tie-up with
ViewSonic as it will strengthen our profile as a warranty management
services organization. It will be our endeavor to further enhance the
quality of service and meet the demands of ViewSonic. Akhil Verma,

on the service and customer support for mobility business, thereby
giving a boost to the business efficiency to customers through the
wide network spread reach in India.
