Robbers trapped in Tamil Nadu computer shop

On having an association, some may think associations have no use other than meeting and boozing. However, few incidents always prove that wider the presence of an association, larger the uses are.The DQ Week has already reported on various thefts happening in the offices of channel partners. The group which had stolen a laptop in Theni had got caught in Puducherry.

A group of trio, among one who is a boy, visits the office of a partner in Salem. On the pretext of purchasing laptops, the staff-in-charge of the shop is diverted while simultaneously the small boy steals the laptop in a small bag and vanishes. This incident has been captured in the CCTV and the footage along with the details of the stolen laptop was floated in the Confed-ITA group mail. In the mean time, the gang had tried to do the same in a shop in Puducherry but fails to steal and steals a mobile from another partner in Erode. On the other hand, the same group with two other people, applies the same formula in another shop in Theni but gets caught red-handed by the smart employees.

The key person of the entire network has been handed over to the police and a FIR has been registered. Speaking to 'The DQ Week', B.Kuberan, president of the association said, "This is another example of our unity and I request our members to be alert and not fall prey to the various gimmicks by anyone."
