vCustomer Pune facility goes live

vCustomer has announced the successful multi-client launch of its new center
in Pune. The facility, spread ac-ross 60,000 square feet, is ex-pected to employ
1,000 peo-ple within the next two quar-ters. This will increase vCus-tomer’s
total employee stre-ngth to over 4000.

With the addition of the Pune center, vCustomer expa-nds to four India
processing centers, three of which are in New Delhi. Sujit Baksi, Presi-dent,
vCustomer–India said, "The Pune center is geared to meet vCustomer’s
growing customer requirements of our existing clients and the new accounts we
will transition over this quarter."
