US based eNucleus Inc to align with Applitec

The beleaguered Appli-tech Solution Ltd, the only CMM Level 5 software
company in Gujarat, may see a revival with US-based software company eNuc-leus
Inc entering into a strategic alliance to carry out functions including software
development, business analysis, call center and other pertinent back office
functions to support the growth of eNucleus Inc.

Applitech went into doldrums after reported mismanagement and poor cashflow.
But if everything goes well, eNucleus may also consider buying Applitech to
consolidate its presence in Singapore and the US. eNucleus has already acquired
two IT companies, Portland based Primewire Inc and Atlanta based TakGroup and
plans to invest Rs 100 crore in the Indian operations.
