Uniphore Software Systems, a Chennai-based speech recognition solutions company, has announced multi-city “Convert Customers to Evangelists” roadshows from August 6. Coinciding with the first roadshow in Delhi will be the launch of the next version of its speech analytics software, auMina.
The roadshow aims to discuss the importance of speech analytics in helping contact centers achieve their business goals. It will be addressed by leading industry practitioners who will share their experience in evaluating and implementing speech analytics solutions. The roadshow is aimed at business leaders in the banking and contact center industry verticals who are looking to scale the next level of customer experience.
