Udaipur association conducts cricket tournament

Udaipur Computer Traders Association (UCTA), the oldest association of Rajasthan, organized the UCTA AOC Cup 2011 on January 29 and 30, 2011. It was a grand event and more than 300 partners and their staff took part in the tournament. The main sponsor was AOC and co-sponsors were LG, Intex and MTS. There were six teams in total, which were named after their sponsors

The six teams were divided into two pools. Total seven matches were played, and the final match was played between team NCS and team Canon; wherein NCS emerged as the winner.

The teams were selected 15 days prior to the event and there were practice sessions for every team, for almost 10 days, which resulted in good fellowship among the members.

The commentary box was handled by Vikas Agarwal, Rakesh Chittora, Anoop Shrivastava and Pavan Kothari. Sanjay Gupta from AOC was the Chief Guest for the event and Rajkumar Sharma of Zebronics was the Guest of Honor along with Dharmendra, Vikas, Rajendra and Narendra of Zebronics.

During the award function, the 'Man of the Series' title was awarded to Nirmal Menaria, 'Best Bowler' title went to Raju Mali, and the 'Best Fielder' title was bagged by Sharukh Shekh. The award function was well conducted by Pavan Kothari.
