TVSE launches the TVS iSupportPack for printers

Chennai based TVS Electronics has launched in Delhi, the TVS iSupportPack–an
extended service package for all TVSE printers. The TVS iSupportPack comes with
an authentication certificate with a WIN ID (Warranty Identification Num-ber)
and a service guide. The iSupportPack can be purchased through the TVSE dealers
or online through the Internet at a later stage.

This pack initially comes with one-year and two-year extended warranty
coverage for the entire range of dot mat-rix printers. At later stages, the
service would be extended to all the products from the house of TVSE.

The WIN ID identifies the type of service pack the cus-tomer has bought and
the service guide aids the custo-mers to get quick information about the product
and the dealer network of TVSE.

According to TR Vasudevan, VP (Customer Service), TVSE, "TVS
iSupportPack has tremen-dous scope in the market as it makes the entire concept
of service just a call away. It will revolutionize the way custo-mers think of
warranty as a service. With this product, TVSE will shorten the gap between
customer problems and their solutions."

The TVS iSupportPack is already available with TVSE dealers and will soon be
available online. The customer has to register with TVSE online or through their
toll free number 1600 444 566 to activate the service warranty. The activation
process is also made user friendly.
