TVS Ecectronics' roadshow in 50 towns in India

The third phase of the TVS Electronics' roadshow SanskrITi, being taken to over 50 towns across the country reached Pune recently.

In tandem with TVS-E's vision of 'Taking IT to the heart of India', the roadshow reaches out to customers and dealers in metros and towns across the country. "An integral part of the company's plans for the year and future, the roadshows have helped us see enormous value in terms of identifying and exploring potential markets and reaching out personally to target customers" said Gopal Srinivasan, Director, TVS Electronics. " A determined and committed effort to our customers across the country, SanskrITi has truly enhanced our ability to gain valuable insights into customer requirements and product performance" he added.

The SanskrITi roadshow will display the entire range of TVSE products at each of these locations-dot-matrix printers, Lexmark inkjet and laserjet printers, UPS systems, keyboards, consumables and language printing solutions.

A continued effort from the company to educate existing and potential customers, dealers and visitors about their range of products and service commitment, the SanskrITi roadshow showcases the TVS-E product range with product demos, literature, displays with TVS-E representatives making presentations about the products.

The highlight of this phase was the launch of MSP 245 XL Classic, a 9-wire, 136 col, 336 cps dot matrix printer for the office printer segment. The MSP 245 XL Classic is the first dot matrix printer that comes with a two years warranty, including the Print Head of the printer, as against the general industry norm of 1 year service period.

Designed and built for the office environment under stringent QS 9000 standards, the printer fulfills office-printing requirements like invoicing, spreadsheets, correspondence, reports etc., apart from the regular correspondence and presentations, with ease and speed.
