TVS-E conducts free service check-up

TVS-E has started a free service camp for their dot matrix printer's customers in Chennai.

The service camp is for ‘out-of-warranty' service and will be conducted for 4 days. Speaking to The DQWeek, N Balasubramanian, regional manager, TVS-E, said, "This is basically a pilot test for us to know the pulse of the customers. We found that the responses are overwhelming especially from the customers in restaurants and small retail outlets." He also added that based on the success of this free service camp, TVS-E will conduct such activities in Hyderabad and Bengaluru initially. Balasubramanian also asked the customers to utilize the opportunity to the maximum.

The service camp is being held at Sri Lakshmi System Products, Periyar Road, Chennai. On-site service option is also available under certain conditions.
