TVS-E celebrates 10 years of MSP245

TVS Electronics recently celebrated the completion of 10 years of leadership

of its MSP245 dot matrix printer in the Indian market. The landmark event was

marked by roadshows in Delhi, Ludhiana and Indore. According to the company,

with over 1,50,000 happy customers, TVS-E's MSP245 has the largest installed

base of dot matrix printer users in the country.

On the occasion, Ganesh Kumar, Manager, Channels, TVS-E, said, "MSP245

is by far the most robust and reliable platform in the printing industry in

India, today. We have over half-a-million consumers who will agree with

us."

The campaign, which started off in Delhi went on to cover Ludhiana and Indore.

The North phase of the campaign ran for 18 days. It received an overwhelming

response from channel partners with over 1,000 printers being sold within the

campaign period.

The TVS-E stalls had representatives from the company who spread awareness

among the customers and channel partners on the use of printers, suggesting the

right kind of printers for different applications, and educating them about the

factors to look at while buying a dot-matrix printer. The customers got an

insight into the features and highlights of the best- selling and much-loved

MSP245.

More than 90 channel partners from Delhi, Ludhiana and Indore participated.

On purchase of every MSP245, Proton Classic and any of the Champion series of

printers, the partners, resellers and customers were given a set of dual Parker

pens worth Rs 145.
