Delhi-based Trifin Information Technology Pvt Ltd is all set to roll out its
PC brand by September-end. "We are diversifying into end-user engagement
and our PC brand is a part of our go-to-customer strategy," said Trifin MD
Ashish Agarwal.
Trifin is also considering expanding its reach. A plan to open offices in
Mumbai, Kol-kata and Chennai or Bangalore is in the making. That apart the
company is getting aggressive on retailing. It has converted its office at Nehru
Place into a retail outlet and is set to move into another office. "This
year we will segment our entire busi-ness operations into separate verticals.
While distribution and sub distribution will form a major chunk of our
operati-ons, we are looking at retailing seriously," said Agarwal.
He elaborated that in order to ramp up the scale of operat-ions it is
important to have a centralized office where all divisions can be coordinated
easily. Trifin is also in the pro-cess of implementing ERP and CRM solutions to
manage its backend operations effectively.
As part of its retail strategy, the company is looking at investing in
partner retail outlets in order to position its products effectively. Trifin is
also trying to gain a foothold as solution-provider. "We have been into
solutions since a year now. This year as we ramp up our operations, we are
looking at a higher growth rate in solutions as well. Government and large
enterprise projects are what we are looking at," said Agarwal.
