TN association starts CSR activities

With social-responsibility activities being a part of the associations in Tamil Nadu, forums have organized events across the state.

Tiruvannamalai Association (TVMITA) has donated free library card for 100 girls studying in Government schools, which provides them access to the district central library. Rajasekar.M, president of the association said that the association is also supporting the students who scored top ranks in District-level in the higher secondary exams.

Nilgris district IT association has participated in an awareness campaign organized in Coonoor. Many of their members took part in the rally along with several other civic and social bodies from Sims park to the local bus stand. This is the first activity under the new president Abdul Samath.

Other associations are likely to conduct similar activities.
