TITA to give Digital Literacy lessons to Telangana Cops

Telangana Information Technology Association (TITA) in association with Telangana State Police Officers Association (TSPOA) is going to conduct Digital Literacy Program for all the Telangana Police officials on Thursday 18, 2016.

The aim of this event is to educate the police about using basic computer technology. “Digital Literacy is much needed in every sector of our society, once every single citizen is educated on using the computer technology, much of their time will be saved, lot of paper work will be reduced and there is less chances of fraud”, said TITA president Sundeep Kumar Maktala.

TITA has recently adopted Basar Village in Adilabad District to achieve 100 percent Digital Literacy. The association recently conducted “one day skill development” programs for cops in Cyberabad Police commisionarate and Nalgonda Police Academy.

Maktala said that TITA wants to utilize the opportunity train the entire Telangana Police force under the Digital Literacy mission.
