While principles of partnership and merits of networking are mooted by all, the live example of this was demonstrated by ASIRT members: memberS : not one or 2 members but how members got together selflessly to help a fellow member and how ASIRT glue bonded for them.
On Wednesday, Tushar Shah of PATHS Enterprises, ASIRT member, wrote on ASIRT members' board and sought help for support from other members' engineers to attend support calls visiting customer site. He had faced some sudden shortage of staff at his own office who were busy completing seasonal year-end projects.
He requested members who could spare engineers to support his customers spread across different areas of Mumbai. A whole lot of members responded offering support. What followed is history: In Tushar's words in various emails to the entire members' group:
--------------
Dear Friends ,
I am very happy with your support. Today almost 15 calls were attended by other SI Friends.
This thing help me in two ways
1. It gives me a great feeling that now I am not alone
2. We have informed to all the clients that today engineers are outsourced. They are happy with our professionalism.
This supports is required till 31st March . So if any one's engineer is free, please inform us. We are ready to pay call charges.
Thank you very much to all of you for the support.
Special thanks to
Mr. Manish Kapasi - Avion Technologies
Mr. Mahesh Bhatani - Techworks
Mr. Kirti Gala - Trycon
Mr. Hiren Bafna - Digital Technologies
Mr. Ravi Jalan - Shakti Enterprise

In an era where industry players are busy competing like blood thirsty predators, ASIRT members have set an example for the entire ecosystem by collaborating. There is trust, there is bonhomie, there is faith and there is a support system for all... For ASIRT, this is a huge huge moral victory as we started with the inherent belief that instead of blaming vendors, government and others for our misery it is time to look within and clean up our own self. With all the positive approach and evolve sessions month after month, we have been able to create an impact like no others.
It is not success of the board that matters, it is members own success that should be showcased.
