The Hub, a job consultant providing service in the traditional way, is getting into online solution with the launch of MNCJobs. The new business would focus exclusively on online service, while The Hub will complement to it. "The job market is picking up again and we already have all big names in the industry as our clients. The new online solution is indigenously designed and developed, and it offers various level of service with high security at each level," said S Parthasarathy, CEO,
MNCJobs.
The Hub clients include i2 Technologies, Motorola, IBM, SAP India, SAP Labs, Intel, Lucent, Sun Microsystems, iflex and Levis, to name a few.
The company caters to both IT and non-IT businesses, and the major areas of focus in non-IT are FMCG and banking sectors.
"We have 20,000 registered job seekers with us, while 750 consultants and 250 companies are in the employers list," he said.
The online solution provides multi-layered privacy options where one can choose based on his/her requirements. "The job seekers are also empowered to set the frequency to number of consultants his/her resume should be sent," he added.
Presently, the service is made free for both job seekers and the companies (recruiters). However, the companies have to pay for the services in the future. "Resume Zapper and Infocus are the two paid services for the job seekers and we have fixed a fee of Rs 250 for each service," said
Parthasarathy.
The Hub has registered a revenue of Rs 25 lakh last fiscal and hopes to maintain the same in the current fiscal also, while the new online service would bring in a business of Rs 10
lakh.
