THE DQ WEEK HALL OF FAME

The second edition of the Disti Summit, which was held in Vedic Village,
Kolkata, also saw the institution of national awards for the sub-distributor
segment. The DQ Week Hall of Fame Awards were handed out to 12 sub-distributors
in various categories. The jury for the first ever awards comprised SP Rajguru,
Director, VS Global Services; Ashwini Aggarwal, VP, V5 Global Services; Rajesh
Khurana, Country Manager-India and SAARC, Seagate; Nikhil Kumar of Intel and
Rajesh Goenka, VP-Sales and Marketing, Rashi Peripherals. The awards night,
which was sponsored by Trend Micro and Supertron Electronics, had all the
ingredients of a memorable event. The weather in Kolkata took a turn for the
better with the rain gods making merry and supporting the winners. The dance
troupe added the much needed zing getting the delegates on their feet. There
were claps and whistles as the dancers belted out one hit performance after the
other!
