Texonic launches D-Link's latest motherboards

Texonic Instruments, the regional distributor for D-Link range of products, has announced the availability of D-Link's latest motherboards-DMB-810EB and DMB-810EM. Texonic is the regional distributor for D-Link in Tamil Nadu and
Pondicherry, and channel partner for Cisco and Lucent Technologies. "While D-Link's DigiLink motherboard DMB-810EB is priced Rs 3,500 (end-user), DMB-810EM comes with a price tag of Rs 3,700," said Nitesh Bhandari, Partner, Texonic Instruments (Networking Products Division).

The special features of the new motherboards include on-board VGA, on-board sound, on-board 2-port USB, besides other common features. While DMB-810EB is an AT model, DMB-810EM is for ATX. "The product comes with a two year warranty period and moreover, PC manufacturers/assemblers who use these D-Link's motherboards can claim excise duty as it is paid by the principal company," said
Bhandari.

The company is targeting assemblers and system integrators for mass market, apart from PC manufacturers.
