Tata Honeywell is now Honeywell Automation

Tata Honeywell Ltd, provider of automation and control solutions in India has
been re-christened Honeywell Automa-tion India Ltd (HAIL). The Board approved
the new name at the EGM held in Mumbai, recently.

According to the press release, the company name change comes in after the
completion of share transfer of 40.62 percent stake by the Tata Group to
Honeywell.

Honeywell now holds approximately 82 percent of the outstanding shares with
the remainder held publicly and traded on the Mumbai Stock Exchange (BSE).
