Tata Docomo organizes SAMPARK

Tata Docomo recently organized “SAMPARK” an extensive customer engagement program across UP circle. Held in various cities like Meerut, Bareilly, Kanpur, Dehradun etc the employees of the company under the SAMPARK initiative connected with its customers from UP region to appreciate their association with Tata Docomo and listen to their feedback and understand their perspective on its services.

The SAMPARK program was aimed at educating customers about the products and services of Tata Docomo, and consumer friendly redressal mechanisms provided by the organization. This outreach focused on improving the customer satisfaction and to get an understanding on customer requirements.
