Mumbai-based Trade Association of Information Technology (TAIT) is all geared up to roll out its latest initiative to empower its channel partner members through a series of event called ‘TAIT Knowledge Series - Adding value to business'.
Parag Shah of Futech Computers and the president of TAIT said, "The market dynamics are changing and we at TAIT want our members to be updated with the right tools to face new challenges. We are starting a new series called TAIT Knowledge Series to enable our partners to compete and grow while adding value to their business through this series of event."
The first sessions of TAIT Knowledge series will be conducted on May 5th, 2014 at Hotel Parle International in Mumbai. The association is expecting that more than 100 partners to attend this meet. Also, TAIT has rolled out this event only for proprietors, partners, CEOs and MDs of the firm. Shah said, "We want the decision makers to be enabled through this series of event. We are planning to strictly monitor the people attending the event. Going ahead, the association is aspiring to conduct TAIT Knowledge Series every month.
The key speakers at the event include Paras Shah, CEO of Neoteric Informatique who will be taking up the subject Channel Profitability - A distributor perspective. Ketal Patel, CEO, Creative Peripherals and Distribution will talk on LFR and online ecommerce portal, challenges for channel. Ajay Sawant, MD, Orient Technologies will speak on service and revenue generation from service. Champakraj Gurjar, director, Maxtone Electronics will address the shifting landscape of IT, and Dhaval Valia, associate publisher and editor, CRN (UBM India) will share his thoughts on how to transform your business. This event is exclusive for TAIT members and is free of cost. TAIT is planning to conduct technical seminar and soft skill seminar for its channel partner members in the current fiscal.
