with IT Mall, to sort out the issue," said Champakraj Gurjar, Official

This excludes the outstanding amount due to distributors.
The association adopts a unique method to deal with cases of bankruptcy |
"They can either accept legal proceeding or we will give
them one more chance to trade. The idea was to find a solution to repay the
outstanding amounts. If the duo would continue to be active in trade, they can
repay the money every month. This will at least help us in recovering the money.
A part of the amount will be recovered with the deposit they had paid for the
rented office premises," said Gurjar.
"The other half will be paid in monthly installments as and
when they get business. Four TAIT members have been appointed to keep a track
of their monthly transactions and a reviews will be submitted to TAIT,"
said Gurjar.
