Avaya, announced today it has appointed Vishal Agrawal as Managing Director, India and SAARC. Agrawal will focus on aligning Avaya more closely with India’s digital transformation initiative, and on continuing to drive the company’s ‘customer-first’ solution innovation ethos and outcome-based approach.
