Lava has launched a new voice calling Android tablet called QPAD R704. Priced at Rs 8,499, the tab runs on Android 4.3 (upgradable to Android 4.4 KitKat), powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with 1GB of RAM.
