After the result has come out for legislative assembly election in West Bengal on May 19, All India Trinamool Congress (AITMC) under Mamata Banerjee was reelected with an enhanced majority contesting alone and is the first ruling party to win without an ally since 1962 in West Bengal. Like in 2011 election, the poll is being held in six phases and AITMC has got 211 seats out of 294. There was a dramatic change in majority by AITMC and taking this forward, IT partners in West Bengal appreciating, welcoming and supporting the decision of democracy.
