VMware has announced Shekar Ayyar and Sanjay Mirchandani as new corporate senior vice presidents. Ayyar who joined VMware in June 2007 was responsible for company’s strategic and corporate development. However, now he will strategise, long-term planning across VMware businesses along with managing the company's mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
