BT recently announced that it has been named by Gartner Inc. as a Leader in the August 2016 Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Worldwide. BT has improved its position from last year, moving from the Challenger to the Leaders Quadrant, where it has been positioned the highest for its ability to execute.
