Supercom and Memory Component Corporation US have joined hands for India and
SAARC countries. Simmtronics Semiconductors Ltd–a Ltd Company would now be
controlling the Indian and SAARC Operations. Su-percom would cease to operate
with immediate effect.

The prime ob-jectives of Simm-tronics Semicon-ductors Ltd would be–To
control the Indian mem-ory market, exp-and their export operations to other
countries and to set up a fully automated manufacturing base in India by 2005.

Simmtronics Semiconductors Ltd has received foreign investment in the
company. Interna-tionally, Simmtronics is the Registered Trademark of Memory
Component Corporation, USA and in India–Simmtronics is the Registered
Trademark of Simmtronics Semiconductors Ltd.
