Technology has appointed
Smartlink (Digilink) as its national service provider to manage the
after-sales support and service programs for all consumers in India.
With this tie-up, Strontium Technology would be extending their
services to their subscribers under which, the customers from any
part of India can get their Strontium DRAM/USB/external HDD/SSD and
EVM memory products replaced by sending it to the Smartlink service
center, which has presence in 27 cities across India.
Speaking on the occasion, Ajay Kogta,
Country Manager-India Subcontinent, Strontium Technology, said, "We
have extended our association with
(Digilink) for providing
set services and support to our valued customers for Strontium's
entire product range in India, except multimedia flash cards, for
which the service will be provided through both of the existing
service centers of the company. This is a step further in our
continuous endeavor to give our customers best of services. We are
confident that this alliance will give a direct competitive advantage
to us and convenience to the customer."
