Spice Telecom, a cellular service provider in Punjab, has launched the V-7.5
Intelli-gent Network (IN), which accor-ding to the company release is loaded
with whole host of fea-tures such as pulse control, balance alert on screen and
roaming maximiser.
The release further states that Spice has introduced the pulse control
feature for the first time in India, which allows the customer to control his
mobile expenses, as customers can now choose the pulse rate before every call
depending upon the expected call length. For a short call, customer can choose a
one second pulse and calls will be charged at only 5 paisa per second. And for
the longer calls, customer can choose 60 second pulse and the same will be
charged at the usual Rs 1.99 per minute. By using this service, the customer can
save upto 27 percent on their mobile expense.
