Sonicwall has appointed Redington to manage its return material authorization
(RMA) process in India. This will make it easy for customers to obtain return
authorizations. Sonicwall can now enhance customer service levels while
containing costs. RMA Insight also bridges the product quality intelligence gap
between RMA and manufacturing quality data.

“After careful scrutiny of the reverse logistics industry, Redington clearly
stood out as the most customer-oriented, technologically advanced company. It
was important for us to find a full service provider that was flexible and very
knowledgeable in the returns industry. Commitment to quality and continual
customer improvement were also deciding factors. We found that Redington systems
and processes were scalable and reliable which were essential given our rapid
growth,” said Abhay Solapurkar, Director-Customer Service, Sonicwall.

“We are seeing increased demand for managing business critical applications
and return IT operations from customers in the region as regional organizations
are rapidly growing and they require complete attention on IT operations.
Progressive businesses such as Sonicwall need flexible and customer-service
oriented supply chain partners,” added EH Kasturi Rangan, President, Redington.

Rangan also added that technology coupled with their national return center
would allow Sonicwall to rapidly grow while offering a professional,
customer-friendly return process. “The return data we gather will also give
Sonicwall the information they need to power critical marketing, product
development and manufacturing decisions,” said Rangan.
