Sonata builds site for Templeton Investments

Sonata Software has developed a website for Templeton Investments India which will provide information and transaction services to Franklin Templeton's investors and financial advisors. This website would offer users straight through transaction capabilities and a quick and easy option to receiving information online.

The website has been designed using component-based technology architecture to take care of possible additional channels like WAP and kiosks. Performance testing and benchmarking was done to make the application scalable to cater to ever-growing community of Internet users. The combination of both technical and domain expertise played a crucial role in the success of the project.

The website is designed to benefit investors and financial advisors by offering better service standards by straight through processing of requests, instant access to information and personalized portfolio information.
