Softview launches CD on Yoga

Softview Computers, a multimedia training provider and product developer, has recently launched a CD on Yoga in the market. Softview Computers has been appointed as the exclusive distributor for this product-Shree Sundara Yogasana Practice Methods, published by Coimbatore-based The Yoga Publishing House (A unit of Girinath A.B.R Charitable Trust).

"We have signed with them to represent this product in international market too," said M Anto Peter, CEO, Softview Computers.

The CD contains over 200 Asana styles that had been practiced by Bangalore Yogacharya Shree Sundaram which are helpful to lead a hale and healthy life, keeping away the medicines. The CD focuses also on daily food habits and its benefit when practiced in our day-to-day life.

"The CD is based on Ananda Ragasiyam, a worldwide famous book for Yoga selling more than two lakh copies," he said.

"We are feeling very happy to take this art through innovative platform and this would help us in better reaching the audience now," said AR Balakrishnan, Chairman, The Yoga Publishing House.

Padmasanam, Salabasnam, Passimodhasanam, Halasanam, Madhyasanam,
Thirikonasanam, Suvasanam, Pujangasanam, Dhanurasanam, Mayurasanam,
Sarvangasanam, Sirasanam, Yogamudhra, Neli, are some of the asanams taught in this CD.

"The CD eliminates the need of going to a Yoga school for practicing all these and it is a self-tutor for individuals who wish to practice at their convenience," he said.

Presently, Softview is marketing this product through 40 resellers in South India and planning to appoint more resellers mainly in unrepresented areas.
