"I was shocked when I came to know of this fact," said a very disturbed Gupta. "We had no inkling that she was running a company by that name, with a guy called Rajnikant Das, a Software Manager with Iris. He was diverting their business from them to their own company."

Gupta alleged that the girl, whose name is Archana, used to quote a higher price to the customers and then advise them to buy it from her own company, though she didn't reveal the fact to the customers, after quoting a lower price to them.

"This has indeed brought a bad name to our company in the last six months. According to our estimate, she must have misquoted to a tune of Rs 1 crore and must have diverted business worth Rs 30 to 40 lakh to their company," Gupta pointed out. He also alleged that Kalyani used fraud sales tax number.

When contacted, Archana refuted the charges. "I challenge him to prove the charges," she said, though she refused to comment on the whole matter.

Even when some of the affected parties were contacted, they refused to comment on anything. "We don't want to get involved in such matters," commented one reseller. "I don't want to make any comment on this matter as we have in no ways been harmed by the accused company. So why should I say anything," commented another reseller.
