These routers will provide enhanced security, performance and features.

Designed as a simple, feature-rich networking solution, the router's enhanced feature-set includes Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) and Denial of Service (DoS) protection, e-mail alerts, parental control, integrated Virtual Private Network (VPN) pass-through support and a network management system that features Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and hacker logging options.
The wireless router (SMC7004VWBR) adds the ability to bridge between wired and wireless LANs and provides seamless roaming within the same subnet. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty and 24/7 technical support, the SMC7004VBR is available at an estimated shelf price of $ 80 and the SMC7004VWBR will be available at an estimated shelf price of $ 150. This solution will be available through retailers, direct marketers, e-commerce sites, through the solution provider channel, and
to strategic accounts worldwide by the end of this month.
Barricade has also won the best choice of Computex 2002 award held in Taiwan this month organized by Taipei Computer Association.
