Systems, the first Indian company to design and manufacture
network-based surveillance products and solutions, has appointed Iris
Computers as its National Distributor for its entire range of IP
products in order to target northern and eastern India market. Iris
Computers is one of the largest IT distribution companies in India
with an extensive channel network.

this occasion, Gurudas Parwani, CEO, Smart Guard Systems conveyed,
“The collaboration with Iris Computers will significantly bolster
our marketing reach and we will leverage Iris Computer's strengths
to provide a wide array of high quality IP products. With Iris
Computers, Smart Guard intends to further penetrate the northern and
eastern Indian markets and extend its reach into the untapped region
as well. The tie-up with Iris Computers will allow Smart Guard to
enhance its position and increase market share in the IP surveillance
markets. “

is currently at 10 percent of the total market but growing at a CAGR
of 50 percent. It is estimated to reach over Rs 400 crore in the next
five years. We expect a year-on-year growth of 50 percent and are
aiming at a 10-15 percent market share in the initial years,”
Parwani added. Expressing his views on this alliance, Sanjiv Krishen,
