SES Technologies ‘Face2Face’ with channel partners

SES Technologies, an IT distribution house, has initiated a program called Face2Face, along with CEOs / organization heads of its channel partners and system integrators. 

Face2Face is an exclusive summit to foster an enhanced relationship between the resellers / system integrators and the

distributor. The first in the series of Face2Face meetings commenced recently in Mumbai and would be phase rolled in the city, and subsequently across the nation.

The issue discussed in the meeting focused on the end customer and the dynamics in the chain that included service expectations and fulfillment, vendor response system, distribution chain dynamics and ways and means of tapp-ing the emerging markets effectively.
