Satyam, MS China sign MoU

Satyam Computer Services Ltd, and Microsoft China have entered

into a Memorandum of Understanding to jointly develop a multi-billion Enterprise

Solutions market on the Microsoft platform in the Greater China region,

leveraging products from Microsoft alongside solutions and services from Satyam.

The MoU agrees to establish a Satyam Microsoft Adaptive

Solution Center, in the Greater China region which will showcase Satyam's

capabilities Enterprise Architecture, Application Integration, Microsoft

Dynamics Solutions, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure Solutions and Portals

leveraging Microsoft products and tools.

The MoU targets manufacturing, telecom, automotive, banking,

financial services, healthcare, insurance, retail, consumer goods, travel,

logistics and retail market segments where business solution innovation,

integration with global systems and agility are driving new age solutions for

customers.
