Satyam Computer Services Ltd has announced the launch of e-Valuate, Mobile Insurance and Loan Recovery Solution, its Pocket PC 2002-based mobile computing solution for enterprises. The announcement was made in conjuction with the launch of the Microsoft Windows-Powered Pocket PC 2002 yesterday in the USA- a next-generation software for personal digital assistants (PDAs) from Microsoft Corp. Satyam's critical solution enables secure reliable and robust wireless connectivity between the mobile work force and enterprise systems.

Satyam, a Microsoft Pocket PC 2002 launch partner, showcased select vertical applications on the Pocket PC 2002 platform including e-Valuate, an asset verification solution for financial institutions. e-Valuate is an innovative business solution that equips financial institutions with the ability to interoperate with disparate computer systems across the Internet, the agility to manage information better and the capability to deliver superior speed-to-value. Based completely on the Microsoft .NET framework, e-Valuate integrates Windows- Powered Pocket PC 2002 devices with Microsoft's new Mobile
