Satyam and Microsoft unite to unveil .NET frameworks

Satyam Computer Services Ltd and Microsoft Corp are jointly going to create and deliver software solutions using the Microsoft .NET Framework in the Asia-Pacific (AP) region. This announcement comes close on the heels of Satyam's inauguration of Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore.

The strategic relationship between Satyam and Microsoft will help both companies exchange knowledge and expertise to facilitate timely development of cutting-edge solutions based on .NET. In addition, joint consultation programs and cooperative engagements will be undertaken to expand customer adoption and to promote solutions based on the concept. 

Microsoft will utilize Satyam's skill sets to deliver e-business, enterprise and mobile solutions using key components of .NET framework in verticals such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, government, logistics and education. 

Satyam's commitment to Microsoft products and technologies is reflected through its Microsoft Competency Group-an exclusive center dedicated to research, consulting and development on the full spectrum of Microsoft Technologies. This research center based in Chennai comprises a select group of highly skilled Microsoft certified professionals who provide timely and cost-effective solutions.
