Sangeetha Mobiles, multi-brand retail solution provider and mobile retailer in South India, has planned to enter the North Indian market.

As part of its plans to grow its retail presence to 300 stores by the end of the year, the company will be launching 30 multi-brand retail outlets in the North across the states of Delhi, UP and Haryana. All the new stores in the North will be run on a franchisee model. An additional 500 new personnel will also be hired and trained to support this expansion.

In addition, it will also strengthen its existing presence in South India, with 100 new stores

According to L. Subhash Chandra, MD, Sangeetha Mobiles, said, "Over the years, we have always taken a consumer-first strategy that has helped us establish ourselves as leaders in South India with over 7 million happy customers. We now look forward to taking our best practises and customer centric solutions to new markets in the North. Sangeetha Mobiles consumers in the North will stand to benefit from a range of successful and established retail offerings including:

- SWIFT - Add-on insurance offering available on all devices purchased through Sangeetha Mobile outlets. This insurance solution safeguards consumers against theft. It offers consumers a single window for redressal, where the customer can complete the claim process within seven working days from the date of claim.

- Sangeetha DELIGHT - An affordable solution that safeguards consumers against issues or problems with the device. In case of an issue, Sangeetha's Delight team collects the handset from the customer's residence, supports them with a standby device, takes the handset to the service center, fixes the fault and gets it back to the customer's place. This facility can be utilized unlimited times in a year and is being offered free to the customers in Delhi as a launch offer.

- EMI solutions - Brand agnostic EMI solutions on any device bought from Sangeetha's stores.
